Sporthouse provides a platform for youth sports organizations to manage registrations, payments, scheduling, communication, and operations. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: violating any laws, infringing on intellectual property, uploading malicious content, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform.

5. Payments

Payment processing is handled through Stripe. By making payments through the Service, you agree to Stripe's terms. Sporthouse is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers.

6. Organization Responsibilities

Organizations using Sporthouse are responsible for the accuracy of their program listings, pricing, and communications. Sporthouse is a platform provider and does not oversee individual program operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sporthouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
